Toast Malone Recipe

Ingredients: 
- 2 challah rolls (cut in half)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 vanilla Pillars Vanilla Yogurt (or 1/3 cup of milk if you'd don't have yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of funfetti cake mix 
- Premade can of vanilla icing
- Rainbow sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons butter for pan
Instructions:
1) Cut challah rolls in half
2) In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, Pillars Vanilla Yogurt, and vanilla
3) Add in 1 cup of funfetti cake mix to milk mixture and whisk until combined
4) Dip the challah slices into the mixture (make sure you do both sides)
5) Place in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown on the bottom
6) Once all the pieces are done, place 1 on a plate and put a layer of frosting and sprinkles on top. Continue for 4 pieces until the french toast is stacked up and in between each piece of french toast is a thin frosting coating
7) Take a cup of the premade vanilla icing and place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the icing has melted.
8) Pour over the top of the french toast tower and top with rainbow sprinkles
