How many meals must a man cook down – Before you call him a DUDE? We discovered Nude Dude Food Blowin’ In The Wind – quite literally on their Instagram. These dudes are taking the Chicago food scene by storm, while taking their clothes off and cooking up delicious meals for public and private events. We reached out to this duo and asked to team up before they were On The Road Again. Together we present Chicken KeBob Dylan – summer BBQ grub that will have you Knock Knock Knockin’ On CHICKENS Door!
- 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 lbs. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Combine all marinade ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth – thin with water if necessary.
Pour marinade over 3 Lbs of cubed boneless, skinless, chicken breast.
Let marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Put chicken on skewers and grill over hot coals or on a hot gas grill, until cooked.
Taste chicken and season to liking.
Garnish with olive oil and parsley and lemon wedges.
